- Up to 16 hours of on site day of Wedding Coordinator Manager
- Up to 16 hours of on site day of Wedding Coordinator Assistant. If more than 1 assistant is needed, additional costs will incur.
** For weddings up to 70 guests – 1 Wedding Coordinator Manager and 1 Wedding Coordinator Assistant.
** For weddings between 70 and 150 guests – 1 Wedding Coordinator Manager and 2 Wedding Coordinator Assistants.
** For weddings between 150 and 300 guests – 1 Wedding Coordinator Manager and 3 Wedding Coordinator Assistants.
** For weddings between 300 and 500 guests- 1 Wedding Coordinator Managers and 4 Wedding Coordinator Assistants.

- Assistance with developing themes & ideas
- Coordinate or review of honeymoon package
- Coordinating room reservations for guests

- Detailed Wedding Day Schedule
- Double check final vendor details & timing
- Planning of Welcome Parties
- Arrange Bridesmaids luncheon

The Wedding Day Package
- Consultation with the bride and groom
- Detailed Schedule of Wedding Day
- Walk through at site to finalize event flow
- Coordination of final vendor details
- Review all vendors/suppliers contracts
- All delivery times confirmed with vendors
- Coordinate first dance(s)
- Cake cutting, bouquet throwing, garter toss, etc.
- Coordination of the Ceremony
- Coordination of the Reception
- Up to 16 hours of on site day of Wedding Coordinator Manager
- Up to 16 hours of on site day of Wedding Coordinator Assistant. If more than 1 assistant is needed, additional costs will incur.
